1. Booking
Customers can book taxis via phone, website, or WhatsApp. Booking confirmation is subject to availability.
2. Fares
Fares are determined by distance traveled and time taken. Additional charges may apply for waiting time and extra stops.
3. Payment
Payment can be made in cash or through accepted electronic payment methods. Payment is due upon completion of the trip.
4. Cancellation
Customers must notify the taxi firm of any cancellations at least 24hrs (St Lucia time) before the scheduled pick-up time to avoid cancellation fees.
5. Responsibility
The taxi firm is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond their control.
6. Luggage
Customers are responsible for their luggage. The taxi firm is not liable for any loss or damage to luggage during transit.
7. Behaviour
Customers are expected to behave in a respectful manner towards the driver and other passengers. Any abusive or disruptive behaviour may result in refusal of service.
8. Safety
The taxi firm is committed to providing safe transportation. Customers must comply with safety regulations and wear seat belts at all times.
9. Complaints
Any complaints or feedback should be directed to the management for resolution.
10. Changes to Terms
Excellence Transportation Services reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes.
11. Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of St Lucia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of St Lucia.
